Payment I accept payments by debit and credit cards via the RBS WorldPay system (Preferred payment method if possible), Paypal, Postal Orders, Cash (by Special Delivery), Cheques, or direct transfer into my business bank account (particularly useful for overseas customers). If you are not paying by electronic payment the shopping cart system generates a payment form at the checkout detailing all other payment systems.

Postage Being as I also run a Post Office as well as Bits4Vits, as much of the postage as possible is sent through our Post Office by Royal Mail.

As from the 3rd of April 2010, I have levied a packaging charge of a pound to each parcel - Remember that all postage is charged at cost, so the one pound charge is just to cover my costs in these economic times... so that goes towards the box, tape, bubble wrap, labels, paper, printing costs, etc... I hope you don't mind!

UK Postage

Upto 4Kg - 1st Class Recorded Delivery Rates apply - at cost

If you require something urgently, please contact me and I will send by Special Delivery, etc... additional charges may apply.

Overseas Postage

Up to 2Kg - Royal Mail International Signed For small packets through the Post Office (Worldwide)

Returns I will accept returns back if the product is returned as new, within 14 days. I will the refund the purchase price in full (if in perfect condition) less the outgoing postage charge.
