Bits4Vits accepts the following methods of payment -

This is the prefered method of payment if at all possible.

This method is prefered as it is the quickest payment method for Bits4Vits to recieve funds, and generally has the lowest fees deducted too.

Paypal

Paypal allows you to pay from funds in your Paypal Account, or can also be used as a method to pay by Debit or Credit Card

Postage

Being as I also run a Post Office as well as Bits4Vits, as much of the postage as possible is sent through our Post Office by Royal Mail and Parcel Force. I do sometimes have to use other carriers to some countries though. If you want a specific carrier, please contact me before ordering.

As from the 3rd of April 2010, Bits4Vits has levied a packaging charge of a pound to each parcel - this charge is just to cover the costs in these economic times... so that goes towards the box, tape, bubble wrap, labels, paper, printing costs, etc... Hope you don't mind!

Otherwise, postage is charged at cost (Subject to a minimum £2.00 Charge)

The best way to see the postage charge for your order is to put the items into the shopping basket and then click on the  button, and you will be able to see the total cost of your order including shipping and VAT (if applicable).

As per retail law in the UK, you the customer have a 7 day "cooling-off period" whereby you can return goods you've ordered in haste (due to alcohol?  ) upto 7 days after receipt of the goods. So, after signing for the goods (all orders are sent out by signed-for service) you have upto 7 days to inform me via the RMA section of the helpdesk that you would like to return (a) product(s) to me. Products must be in an un-used, as-new condition, and the cost of the return postage is bourne by you the customer, to return them to Bits4Vits.
