Used helpdesk,which was unsure about would have preferred phone number as was in middle of job and wanted to get it finished (Understand reaons for not having one, no probs). However, helpdesk worked a treat, response from Dave was instant, and he advised where I had gone wrong and gave clear concise instructions which sorted me out. Job done and well pleased with the all round service, being able to converse with Dave via helpdesk gave me confidence in doing the job as I am newbie to this hobby."
